Arrive at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Phuket. Learn about elephants as you are given an introduction to our program.
Meet the elephants. Feed them and administer as you learn their stories. Play, interact, and take photos with the elephants in a natural setting.

PROGRAM 1 : FEED ME EXPERIENCE PROGRAM

- Be prepared for a hands-on experience, as this program includes feeding and showering activities. These engaging activities help foster a memorable connection with the elephants.
- Our program will continue even in heavy rain. There will be no cancellations due to rain.
- All interactions are conducted under the guidance of our experienced handlers to ensure safety for both the elephants and participants.

PROGRAM 2 : FEED AND SHOWER EXPERIENCE PROGRAM
- Durations about 1.30 hrs.
- Wheelchair accessible
- Be prepared for a hands-on experience, as this program includes feeding and showering activities. These engaging activities help foster a memorable connection with the elephants.
- Our program will continue even in heavy rain. There will be no cancellations due to rain.
- All interactions are conducted under the guidance of our experienced handlers to ensure safety for both the elephants and participants.

PROGRAM 3 : HALF DAY VISIT PROGRAM

- We have 3 locations in Phuket: Kathu, Thalang, and Bangtao. We will choose the location based on the programs, number of visitors, and the location of your accommodation. If you desired to choose the location, please kindly tell us in advance.
- Our program will continue even in heavy rain. There will be no cancellations due to rain.
- All interactions are conducted under the guidance of our experienced handlers to ensure safety for both the elephants and participants.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations that be made 48 hours before departure will be charge 25% of your total amount.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will be charge 50% of total amount.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or NO SHOW will be charged the full amount.
- In the case of sickness, you have to have a medical certificate and we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands and the full balance amount is due on the booked trip day. As we limit the number of guests on each trip we are often fully booked and a reschedule may not be possible. Please contact us.
