Know Before You Go
- Not allowed to bring food or drink inside the park
- Water park safety and your safety is of paramount importance amidst having fun at Andamanda Phuket! With a wide variety of exciting rides to choose from, one may be tempted to run from one ride to another. However please refrain from doing so to prevent any potential injury. Every ride has different restrictions and safety requirements. Remember to read the signs before plunging in. Each slide has specific minimum and maximum weight & height limits. Our lifeguards reserve the right to enforce these rules for safety.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations that be made 48 hours before departure will be charge 25% of your total amount.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will be charge 50% of total amount.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or NO SHOW will be charged the full amount.
- In the case of sickness, you have to have a medical certificate and we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands and the full balance amount is due on the booked trip day. As we limit the number of guests on each trip we are often fully booked and a reschedule may not be possible. Please contact us.
