About This Tour

At the “Phuket elephant sanctuary” the elephant are given a now life, far away from the chain and violence ridden. The needs of the Asian elephant who are mostly active at dusk and night, are met our large night complex with night enclosure and a roof. Great emphasis is also placed on a balanced and healthy diet for the elephants. Currently we have multiple elephants that are being cared for at the “Phuket elephant sanctuary village” So interested visitors can experience up close how free, cheerful and wonderfully clumsy an elephant begins its lift in Thailand.

Cancellation Policy


  • Cancellations that be made 48 hours before departure will be charge 25% of your total amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will be charge 50% of total amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or NO SHOW will be charged the full amount.

  • In the case of sickness, you have to have a medical certificate and we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands and the full balance amount is due on the booked trip day. As we limit the number of guests on each trip we are often fully booked and a reschedule may not be possible. Please contact us.
