For guests who do not require hotel pick-up, you are welcome to make your own way to the activity location at any time. Simply to let us know when you make your booking, and we will send you the exact location and directions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations that be made 48 hours before departure will be charge 25% of your total amount.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will be charge 50% of total amount.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or NO SHOW will be charged the full amount.
In the case of sickness, you have to have a medical certificate and we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands and the full balance amount is due on the booked trip day. As we limit the number of guests on each trip we are often fully booked and a reschedule may not be possible. Please contact us.
