ROLLER Activity - Ger ready for an exhilarating ride an our roller zipline. This 800 meter track, with its winding curves lets you fly through the rainforest at speeds approaching 40 kilometers per hour.

Know Before You Go


  • For safety reasons, customers with the following health conditions are not allowed to participate in the activities Pregnancy, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Heart, Lung, Kidney, or Liver Conditions (Including those currently receiving medical treatment for these conditions) High Blood Pressure, Asthma or Congenital Diseases

  • Recent Injuries: Any injuries to the back, hips, legs, knees, or feet within the past year.

  • Weight Restrictions Zipline, roller, and luge activities: Weight must not exceed 120 kilograms.

  • Age Limit for Zipline Activity: Participants must be between 4 to 70 years old. (Age is counted from exact birthdate participants must be fully 4 years old on the activity day.)

  • Recommend to Wear comfortable, athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes. Avoid loose jewelry or accessories that might get caught in equipment.

  • Participants should be in good physical condition. Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, or recent injuries should consult with staff.

  • On Program World A+, World B+, World C+ and World D+ Include Lunch if you have food allergy or vegetarian please inform us in advance.

LUGE




  • 1 Rides - track 650 meters

  • 2 Rides - track 1200 metres

  • Maximum weight 120 kg.

  • Children  aged 10 years old are allowed to drive on their own.

  • Children older than 4 years old but yonger than 10 years old are not allowed to drive alone and must ride with the main driver

  • The child's heights is less than 120 cm. They have to sit in front of main driver, If taller than 120 cm. They have to sit behind the main driver.

  • Exclude Transfer

  • Available every hour from 09.00 am – 20.00 pm


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that be made 48 hours before departure will be charge 25% of your total amount.



Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will be charge 50% of total amount.



Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or NO SHOW will be charged the full amount.



In the case of sickness, you have to have a medical certificate and we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands and the full balance amount is due on the booked trip day. As we limit the number of guests on each trip we are often fully booked and a reschedule may not be possible. Please contact us.
